Nishtech in Brussels is seeking a Python/React Developer to build an internal AI platform. You’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend services, integrating AI and cloud-native technologies. You’ll collaborate across backend, frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes modern frameworks (FastAPI, React), containerized environments, and secure, scalable solutions, with a hybrid work model in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pytest.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Backend development of scalable services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop databases using SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write and maintain automated tests with Pytest.
• Frontend development with React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Contribute to Micro Frontend development using NX.
• Support AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Work with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
