PPT Consulting seeks a Data & Process Consultant in Brussels to analyze, optimize, and implement business processes and data-driven solutions. You will lead cross-functional transformation projects bridging operations, IT, and analytics teams.

You will define data requirements, design models, and create dashboards, ensuring measurable improvements and robust data foundations. Fluent English, Dutch/French a plus, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement.
• Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex transformation projects from start to finish, bridging operations, IT, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze data flows across systems to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Design data models and define data requirements aligned with business process improvements.
• Translate business needs into data architecture, reporting and dashboard requirements.
