Syensqo, based in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a logistics procurement professional to lead inland logistics sourcing across the EMEA region. You will partner with Global Business Units and Supply Chain, while building strong relationships with service providers.

The role requires collaboration with multiple functions and a focus on cost efficiency and service excellence. You will manage end-to-end supplier relationships, drive CAPEX-related initiatives, and leverage data to optimize

Qualifications

University degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation, or chemical engineering.
At least 1 year of logistics procurement or logistics sales experience in an international environment (EMEA exposure preferred).
Proficient English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting activities with logistics service providers to ensure best value and high service standards.
Collaborate across Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and project teams to design and implement procurement strategies.
Support strategic projects including CAPEX initiatives with logistics expertise.
Analyze logistics data and performance trends to ensure alignment with expectations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, including performance, compliance, sustainability and risk management.
Identify risks (financial, operational, HSE) and lead mitigation actions.
Ensure suppliers meet environmental, regulatory, and technological standards across regions.
Work with internal stakeholders to define clear service expectations and drive continuous improvement.
