Job summary

Sterisys in Eynatten, Belgium is seeking a Procurement Specialist to independently manage purchasing activities from RFQ to PO. You will qualify suppliers, monitor deliveries, and support inventory management in a global, ISO-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a business/engineering degree, strong ERP and Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with English proficiency and extra language knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
Independent, structured, detail-oriented approach with interest in improving efficiency and digitalization.
English proficiency; German and/or French an advantage.

Responsibilities

Independently manage procurement of components and services from quotes to purchase orders.
Identify and qualify new suppliers, evaluate according to quality management system.
Monitor delivery schedules, quality, and budget compliance.
Participate in requirements planning and inventory management.
Analyze and optimize processes, contribute to standardization and automation.
Support customer service and handle inquiries, spare parts, orders, and deliveries.
