BESIX is offering an internship in Procurement & Purchasing in Brussels for students in International Trade, Purchasing, or Supply Chain. You will work with experienced procurement professionals, supporting sourcing, RFQs, supplier analyses, contracts, and logistics for global construction projects.

The head office is in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, and the program emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a master's in International Trade, Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Internship at BESIX head office (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert).
• Internship period must be at least 6 weeks full-time; please mention period.
• You speak French/Dutch and have good knowledge of English.
• You have an analytical mind, autonomy and rigor.
• You are communicative, proactive and you are not afraid of direct interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• You are a talented negotiator.
• You are flexible and bounce back easily when faced with problems.

Aufgaben

• Support the Procurement & Purchasing team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in supplier sourcing, market research, and price inquiries.
• Participate in preparation, follow-up, and evaluation of RFQs.
• Contribute to supplier comparisons, bid analyses, and recommendation reports.
• Support administration and follow-up of contracts, orders, and supplier databases.
• Assist with purchasing activities for national and international construction projects.
• Contribute to logistics coordination and follow-up of international shipments when required.
