Job summary

BSEU - BS EUROPE is seeking an Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager for Business Goods & Services to lead regional sourcing across Europe and, when needed, the Americas. You will partner with stakeholders, drive supplier selection, and implement strategies to optimise costs while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in indirect procurement, international exposure, and strong skills in SAP, Archlet, Excel, and Power BI. Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of indirect procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing service-based subcategories in international environments.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Procurement Business Partner for key stakeholders.
• Lead sourcing projects and supplier selection activities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Identify cost optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support cross-regional initiatives across Europe and the Americas.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement policies and processes.
