Job summary

emagine Group is seeking an AP/AR Accountant to join the Accountancy & Collections Department in the Brussels area. You will manage supplier invoices, posting, reconciliations and assist with month-end close to ensure accurate financial data.

You will collaborate with dealers and internal teams, monitor AP/AR items, handle aging and discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls within IFRS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent).
• Experience in AP/AR with dealer or supplier follow-up.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on accuracy and ownership.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of IFRS norms.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on dealer accounts and AP supplier accounts, including open items and overdue balances.
• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor AR input and timely posting of invoices and payments.
• Perform account analyses and reconciliations, resolve discrepancies.
• Engage with dealers and internal contacts to follow up on receivables and reminders.
• Support month-end closing including AP/AR reconciliation and ageing reviews.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
