Jobat in Brussels is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage supplier invoices from receipt to posting, ensure VAT compliance and support monitoring activities for a busy finance team.

You will prepare and process supplier payments on time, handle payments via Isabel with strong controls, perform AP/AR reconciliations, manage bank transactions, and support monthly closings, audits and annual accounts for our client.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier invoices from receipt to approval and posting
• Ensure correct VAT treatment and support monitoring
• Prepare and process supplier payments on time
• Handle payments through Isabel and ensure proper controls
• Follow up on supplier payment reminders
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations and monitor customer and supplier balances
• Manage bank transactions and financial documentation
• Support monthly closings, audits and annual accounts
