Job summary

Dstny in Brussels is seeking a Head of Brand & Communications to shape how the company is represented in the market. You will own our external brand voice, positioning and messaging, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative across PR, media relations and external communications.

You will work with senior leaders, agencies and journalists to elevate visibility, manage crises, and drive executive thought leadership through strategic storytelling and high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Brand, PR, Corporate Communications or related field.
• Strong TelCo industry background essential.

Responsibilities

• Own brand narrative and storytelling across external channels.
• Define and maintain brand identity, messaging and visual standards.
• Lead analyst relations with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
• Own media relations, build relationships with journalists and publications.
• Write and manage press releases and major external announcements.
• Monitor press coverage, social mentions and competitor activity.
• Develop crisis communications plans and approvals processes.
• Build executive visibility through interviews, thought leadership and external engagements.
• Manage external PR and communications agencies and coordinate speaking opportunities.
