Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking an energetic Retail Trainer to build a Western Europe capability model from the ground up. You will design onboarding, product knowledge, storytelling, and selling ceremonies to empower store teams across BeNeLux and France.

You will partner with Marketing and Product to translate brand content into compelling in-store experiences, measure impact, and elevate customer conversion and ATV. Fluent English and French are required, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail training, learning & development, store operations or a premium consumer environment.
• Entrepreneurial, creative and highly action-oriented; able to energise diverse audiences.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Western Europe Retail training roadmap and turn it into practical, high-energy learning in stores.
• Build onboarding, product knowledge, brand storytelling and selling ceremony programmes.
• Create coaching tools for Store Managers and Retail Managers to use daily.
• Support launches and priorities with targeted training that drives conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Identify capability gaps quickly and design scalable solutions across markets.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to transform brand content into selling stories.
• Measure impact, iterate quickly, and raise the consumer experience.

• Entrepreneurial, creative and highly action-oriented - you prefer building to maintaining.
• 5+ years in Retail training, learning & development, store operations or a premium consumer environment.
• A natural storyteller and coach who can energise very different audiences.
• Commercially minded: you understand that great training must ultimately improve performance.
• Comfortable testing new formats, learning quickly and scaling the best ideas.
• Strong presence, curiosity and genuine passion for people and products.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus.
