You will lead the execution of VM standards, translate guidelines, and coordinate demos, launches and seasonal activations across multiple formats, collaborating with Marketing and Commercial teams worldwide.

• 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Retail Operations or premium/luxury Retail.

• Measure impact, learn fast and scale the concepts that work.

You will combine visual excellence with commercial instinct, creating store experiences and activations that are beautiful, consistent and designed to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial and creative, with the drive to turn ideas into reality quickly.
• 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Retail Operations or premium/luxury Retail.
• Strong visual judgement combined with a real commercial mindset.
• Excellent project manager who thrives on multiple markets, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable finding solutions when the perfect answer does not yet exist.
• Curious, detail-oriented and eager to experiment, measure and improve.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus.
