waterdrop® is expanding its global presence with a dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce model. We are seeking a store ambassador to represent our brand in Belg ium, Luxembourg, and nearby areas.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain brand standards while participating in meetings and training to grow with the business. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) in our store in Messancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Good communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values and Product.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers to match buying needs.
• Answer questions about prices, quality, features and benefits.
• Capture customer data to expand database and loyalty.
• Resolve complaints promptly and propose solutions to management.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions as required.
