Job summary

CHANEL Knokke boutique seeks a Sales & Stock Support for a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will assist the boutique team with administrative and back-of-house duties while upholding CHANEL standards of service, product knowledge, care, and teamwork.

On the shop floor and in the stockroom you will help with customer service, inventory, packing, gift wrap, shipments and transfers, ensuring stock integrity and a smooth client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in luxury environment
• Stock and back-office experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service to clients and colleagues within the boutique and Head Office.
• Support shop floor operations, greet clients, present new collections and assist with client departures as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management within the boutique and Head Office.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
• Document messages accurately and relay to Fashion Advisors promptly.
• Maintain current memos and information in staff areas.
