Responsibilities

• Execute and document high‑quality experiments for discovery and optimization of novel antibodies.
• Collaborate with project teams and report results clearly in internal meetings and reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the ELN and assist in data interpretation with guidance.
• Proactively troubleshoot routine issues and contribute to protocol development.
• Learn new techniques and strengthen independence in experimental execution.
