argenx is seeking an Associate Scientist to join the R&D team in Gent/Zwijnaarde for full-time in-lab work. You will contribute to discovery and characterization of novel antibodies, working in a collaborative project team to derisk biology and advance therapeutics for patients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on lab experience, a related degree, and strong English communication. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with daily onsite presence expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in key lab techniques.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
