ALTEN Belgium is seeking a System Engineer to join our teams in Brussels. The role involves designing system architecture, specifying requirements, developing and integrating the system, and guiding product evolution.

Strong English is mandatory with French or Dutch as well, and familiarity with DOORS and MATLAB/Simulink is required. You will collaborate with clients to redefine and validate their needs while benefiting from a permanent contract, company car, meal vouchers, and remote work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (electronics, electromechanics or mechatronics).
• 1+ year experience in an industrial environment (railway, automotive, aeronautics or defence).
• Knowledge of writing requirements.
• Knowledge of the tools: DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsabilités

• Design the architecture of the system.
• Specify the system by constructing its requirements.
• Develop the system and perform integration.
• Decide the orientation of new products development.
• Design the evolution of existing systems.
• Do the impact analysis of new requirements or non-conformities.
• Be in contact with the client to redefine and validate its need.
