Processing and managing customer purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, products, and services while adhering to company processes and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Register and track customer issues within Salesforce and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Coordinate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve order and delivery-related issues efficiently.
Support knowledge sharing and participate in market-specific training initiatives.
Contribute to team performance by maintaining a customer-focused mindset, supporting colleagues, and working towards established KPIs.
