Empiric is seeking a Bid Manager who takes ownership, brings structure, and keeps the bid engine running smoothly. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure every RFI/RFP response is compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.

This role sits at the heart of sales with international exposure, flexible hybrid/remote working, and occasional travel to collaborate across EU and beyond. You’ll shape bid governance, use AI-enabled tools, and drive improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments.
• Experience in working on EU tenders.
• Able to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, governance and submission rules.
• Experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles.
• APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and information-structuring skills.
• Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission.

• Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.

We’re looking for a Bid Manager who takes ownership, brings structure, and keeps the bid engine running smoothly. Together with the rest of the team, you will ensure every RFI/RFP response is compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.

This role sits at the heart of sales. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders, safeguard governance and compliance, and help shape the future of our bid function - including the smart use of AI. The position offers flexible hybrid and remote working, with occasional travel to Eindhoven/Amstelveen for key collaboration moments.

What You’ll Do

• Experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles

• Comfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
• Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaboration
