Atos is seeking a Bid Manager to own bids end-to-end, coordinating diverse stakeholders to ensure compliant, compelling RFI/RFP responses delivered on time. The role sits at the heart of sales with international exposure and provides flexible hybrid/remote working, including occasional travel to Eindhoven/Amstelveen.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated procurement environments.
• Experience on EU tenders and bid compliance in EU tenders.
• 3–10+ years in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing and stakeholder management skills.
• APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own bids end-to-end from qualification through submission.
• Drive governance, approvals, and formal compliance.
• Ensure responses meet client, legal, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and structure bid content for clarity and impact.
• Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions.
• Continuously improve bid processes and integrate AI-enabled tools.
