InnoFour is seeking a Sales Manager for the Benelux region, covering Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will expand commercial activities, prospect new clients, and nurture existing relationships to ensure long-term customer success.

You will sell high-end software solutions such as EDA tools, ALM, and simulation software, collaborating with pre-sales, support and consultancy to tailor solutions to client needs. Hybrid work from Almelo or home is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B software/tech sales.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French and/or German a plus.
• Strong communication and proactive, results-driven approach.
• Able to build sustainable customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Expand commercial activities and open doors with medium-sized and large technology companies.
• Independently prospect, win new clients, and nurture existing relationships for long-term success.
• Sell high-end software solutions (EDA, ALM, simulation) and related services.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, support, and consultancy to tailor solutions.
• Prepare commercial plans, quotations and forecasts for management review.
• Monitor market and technology trends to inform strategy.
