Chart Industries, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Benelux region. You will build and maintain relationships with customers at operational, technical and commercial levels, and promote the capabilities of Howden/Chart to deliver tailored solutions.

You will identify opportunities, work with internal experts, and manage a CRM pipeline while traveling 50–75% across the region to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in industrial services or rotating equipment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at operational, technical and commercial levels.
• Promote the capabilities of Howden/Chart to customers.
• Identify customer needs, opportunities and projects via visits and market engagement.
• Connect opportunities with the right internal experts and provide context for solutions.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline; report on activity and opportunities.
