Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle in the BeNeLux region for pharmaceutical applications.

You will manage customer relationships, conduct technical sales calls, and demonstrate particle counting solutions and environmental monitoring equipment. The role requires a life sciences background, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work autonomously from a home-based office with 80% field visits.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent pharma experience.
• Pharma manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required/advantageous.
• Willing to travel within BeNeLux; home-based with field visits.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, develop, and close sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical industries and achieve targets.
• Conduct technical sales calls and grow the designated territory to increase market share.
• Prospect new customers and accounts within the BeNeLux region.
• Demonstrate portable equipment and monitoring systems to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to publish content and support events.
• Promote product lines through customer meetings and virtual engagements.
• Maintain CRM updates and manage the opportunity pipeline; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead nurturing: qualify new leads from first contact; perform follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as required.
