PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Northern Europe seeks an Associate Brand Lead – Consumables Benelux to own end-to-end management of Benelux Consumables (CO2, Flavors, Bottles) and drive category growth across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

You will lead local go-to-market plans, support broader campaigns, and collaborate with Brand, Commercial, DX, Growth, Advocacy, and Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand or marketing roles within Benelux markets.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day management and performance of the Benelux Consumables categories (CO2, Flavors and Bottles).
• Develop local category growth plans with Brand, Commercial and DX teams.
• Monitor performance, trends and opportunities to drive growth and repeat purchase.
• Partner with Analytics & Insights to identify customer engagement opportunities.
• Represent local needs in global innovation processes for consumables.
• Lead local go-to-market planning and launches for consumables initiatives.
• Develop and manage local campaigns across Consumables categories aligned with Benelux priorities.
• Brief agencies and cross-functional teams on campaigns and activations.
• Support campaign messaging, creative direction and local market execution.
• Coordinate localisation of communications across Benelux.
• Lead seasonal campaigns with support from Benelux Brand Lead.
• Review local creative, copy and materials for consumables initiatives.
