Pernod Ricard Belgium is seeking a curious, proactive Assistant Brand Manager to help take Lillet to new heights in Belgian and Dutch markets. Under the Brand Manager, you will assist in brand planning and in developing consumer-centric activities across campaigns, activations and marketing materials.

Based in Belgium with Benelux scope and occasional travel, you will support data-driven decision making, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Trade Marketing, and external partners,

Qualifications

• University cursus, preferable in Business or Commerce.
• Marketing experience, preferable in FMCG or spirit industry is a plus.
• High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Creativity to bring new ideas to life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player and proactivity.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Campaign & activation development and post-campaign analysis.
• Data-driven decision making from sales and market research.
• Market & competition benchmarking.
• Content production support with creative agency (briefing & approvals).
• Follow-up on marketing activations and partnerships, ensuring stakeholder management.
• Material production: coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Field activities: participate in on-the-ground activations to strengthen brand presence.
• Data & reporting: track Lillet sell-in/sell-out data and update dashboards.
• Trade Marketing support: assist with brand fit and design approvals.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Brand Ambassador, Trade Marketing, Sales and Digital.
