BIC World is seeking a Product Manager for the Benelux region. Based in Breda/Brussels with hybrid work, you will translate brand strategy into activation plans across channels, driving ROI, profitability, and in-store execution.

You will partner with Sales, European Marketing and Category teams to steer lifecycle management and launches. You bring a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing and 2–4 years in product/brand roles, with strong analytical, communication and cross-functional skills to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Product/Brand Management, Sales, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Own and manage product portfolio strategy and lifecycle.
• Define and execute the innovation roadmap with Sales and European Marketing.
• Translate brand strategy into trade and marketing plans by channel and customer.
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing and activation plans.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, market share and ROI; adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Agencies to ensure high-quality launches.
