Go Electra is seeking a Roll-out Team Lead for the BeLux region, tasked with accelerating project delivery and managing operations effectively. You'll work closely with the Head of Ops and oversee project management teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced infrastructure environment, an engineering degree, and strong stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of French and/or Dutch is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery/infrastructure/operations.
• Strong ability to run an execution cadence.
• Comfortable with technical topics and construction constraints.
• Languages: English required; French and/or Dutch preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the roll-out operating cadence and escalation.
• Lead the PM team day-to-day.
• Coordinate with key accounts on construction constraints.
• Track performance on delivery lead times and CAPEX.
