Job summary

Sanofi Medical Advisors (FBM) in BeLux oversee the medical strategy for systemic mastocytosis across Belgium and Luxembourg. The hybrid role combines field and office duties, focusing on steering scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions to support country medical plans.

Leads external stakeholder interactions, engages KOLs, and ensures compliant, evidence-based information exchange, while collaborating with internal teams on market access and evidence generation

Qualifications

• MD, Pharmacist/PharmD, PhD or Master of Science degree (required).
• Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning and engagement.
• Data gathering/study related experience and market access/HTA dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Engages proactively and reactively with HCPs and institutions in an omnichannel manner.
• Engages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange.
• Organizes and engages KOLs and HCPs during local meetings.
• Develops and maintains trusted partnerships through scientific engagement.
• Communicates clinical value to population health/formulary decision makers.
• Provides high-quality, accurate information and supports IISs and advisory boards.
• Develops and executes stakeholder engagement plans aligned with Medical Plan.
• Generates insights and proposes solutions.
• Contributes to evidence-generation activities and market access dossiers.
