Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Program Manager to shape the country strategy and drive cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery. You will work closely with the Managing Director and country leadership to translate ambitions into concrete plans.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, lead end‑to‑end projects across growth, operations, logistics and customer experience, and build strong stakeholder alignment to accelerate

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management, or a similar strategic/program management role.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable impact in competitive markets.
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the Belgium country strategy with clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable targets.
• Provide data-driven insights on market dynamics, competition, and customer trends to guide decisions.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects across growth, operations, logistics and customer experience.
