Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Program Manager to shape and deliver the country strategy in Belgium. You will partner with the Managing Director and country management team to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading data-driven analyses, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating performance across growth, operations, and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management, or a similar strategic/program management role
• Strong track record of leading strategy and cross-functional projects delivering measurable impact
• Analytical and data-driven with strong financial background
• Excellent stakeholder management across a matrix organization
• Hands-on and pragmatic with bias for action and execution

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects across growth, operations, logistics and customer experience
• Drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and with clear business impact
• Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable targets
• Provide data-driven insights to guide country management decisions
• Build strong relationships with central teams to enable alignment and collaboration
