Just Eat Takeaway.com in Belgium is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Program Manager to shape and deliver the country strategy in Belgium. You will partner with the Managing Director and country management team to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading data-driven analyses, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating performance across growth, operations, and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management, or a similar strategic/program management role
• Strong track record of leading strategy and cross-functional projects delivering measurable impact
• Analytical and data-driven with strong financial background
• Excellent stakeholder management across a matrix organization
• Hands-on and pragmatic with bias for action and execution

About this role

We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Program Manager to shape and deliver our country strategy in Belgium. This role sits at the heart of the organization, working closely with the Managing Director and the country management team to define strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver on our growth and budgetary ambitions.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, translating business goals into actionable plans and ensuring their successful delivery across teams. Acting as a central connector across functions, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, driving transformation, and accelerating performance.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Support the definition and continuous refinement of the Belgium country strategy, translating priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable targets aligned with overall company objectives


• Provide data-driven insights and analyses to guide decision‑making at country management level, monitoring market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform strategic choices


• Lead and execute high‑impact, cross‑functional projects across growth, operations, logistics, and customer experience, ensuring end‑to‑end ownership from concept to implementation


• Drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and with clear business impact, acting with accountability and commitment to achieve ambitious goals


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalabilityacross the organization, raising the bar to deliver operational excellence


• Drive key transformation initiatives, including operational improvements, new business models, and innovative ways of working that create lasting impact


• Lead change management efforts, ensuring strong adoption across teams and functions through clear communication and stakeholder engagement


• Build strong relationships with central teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual support to break down silos

What will you bring to the table?

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management, or a similar strategic / program management role


• Strong track record of leading strategy and complex, cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable impact in highly competitive markets


• Highly analytical and data‑driven and good financial background, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations


• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across a matrix organization


• Hands‑on and pragmatic mindset, with the strong bias for action and execution


• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities


• Experience in e‑commerce, tech, marketplaces, logistics or operations‑driven businesses


• Experience managing a small to mid‑sized team


• Fluency in English required; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
