Zeekr Europe is seeking a Sales Operations & Logistics Expert to drive the day-to-day execution of sales operations and logistics in Belgium. You will manage vehicle orders, monitor deliveries, and support dealer incentive programs to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor vehicle orders, changes, and deliveries to ensure smooth execution.
• Track vehicle flow from production to customer delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support dealer incentive policy setup, administration, and follow-up.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealers on orders, deliveries, registrations, and logistics.
• Coordinate with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain collaboration with central logistics and monitor performance.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of delays, damage cases, and related issues.
• Keep high-quality data in order, stock, registrations, and reporting systems.
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock, pipeline, deliveries, registrations, and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy and satisfaction.

The role

As a Sales Operations & Logistics Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of sales operations and logistics activities in Belgium. Working closely with dealers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, you will support the full vehicle supply chain from vehicle ordering through to customer delivery. Through operational excellence, accurate reporting, and proactive problem-solving, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for both our dealer network and end customers.

This is what you will do:

• Manage and monitor vehicle orders, order changes, and deliveries to ensure smooth execution across the vehicle supply chain.
• Track vehicle flow from production through to customer delivery, proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks or delays.
• Support the setup, administration, and follow-up of dealer incentive policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for the dealer network on operational topics including orders, deliveries, vehicle availability, registrations, and logistics matters.
• Coordinate closely with dealers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain day-to-day collaboration with the central logistics team and monitor logistics performance.
• Escalate and coordinate the resolution of delivery delays, transport damage cases, and other logistics-related issues.
• Maintain high-quality data in systems related to order management, stock management, vehicle registrations, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports on stock levels, pipeline status, deliveries, registrations, and operational KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience in a similar sales operations, logistics, or supply chain role within the automotive industry or a related sector.
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution, accuracy, and structure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve issues in a proactive and structured manner.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, KPIs, and operational systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
