Job summary

ERM is seeking a Partner to lead and grow the Safe and Sustainable Operations (SSO) business in Belgium. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, securing major projects, and building long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across chemicals, manufacturing, energy, technology, and healthcare sectors.

The role emphasizes business development, client leadership, and cross-regional collaboration within ERM’s global network.

Qualifications

• Track record in growing professional services or consultancy business in EHS/Sustainability
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in relevant industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of EHS risks, regulatory requirements and performance improvement
• Commercial judgment, executive presence, and trusted-adviser capabilities
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand ERM's SSO business and client base in Belgium
• Drive profitable growth through market engagement and high-quality service delivery
• Lead as a senior seller-doer, winning significant project work with support from colleagues
• Identify opportunities and shape compelling proposals for clients
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
