The Partner will identify and develop opportunities, shape compelling proposals, and build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across industry. The role will involve close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across priority sectors, including chemicals, manufacturing, energy, technology (including data centers), and pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand ERM's SSO business and client base in Belgium.
  • Deliver strong and profitable growth across priority sectors through market engagement, innovative service offerings, and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a senior seller-doer, personally developing and winning significant project work with support from account directors, technical experts, and colleagues across ERM.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, preparing compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients.
  • Direct complex projects and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that client expectations are met in relation to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Provide strong people leadership by coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants and emerging leaders.
  • Promote and cross-sell ERM's wider portfolio of sustainability and environmental services to deliver broader value for clients.
  • Leverage ERM's global network and collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA and other regions to provide integrated solutions.
Candidate profile

  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers in relevant industrial sectors, preferably within the Belgian market.
  • Strong understanding of EHS risks, regulatory requirements, management systems, and operational performance improvement.
  • Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and the ability to act as a trusted adviser to senior clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Proficiency in French would be highly advantageous.
