Ingka Group is seeking a Purchaser for Belgium on a permanent contract within Group Procurement. You will play a key role in delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and close collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier development experience, and excellent communication in English and FR or NL. Knowledge of SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay is advantageous and understanding of the IKEA business model is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management and supplier development.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and one local language (FR or NL).
• Good knowledge of the IKEA business model and procurement practices.
• Understanding of indirect procurement, project management, and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain partnerships with business owners to align priorities and drive results.
• Lead sourcing projects per Source-to-Pay and SAP Ariba processes.
• Conduct negotiations to optimize total cost and maximize value.
• Drive supplier management, performance, and compliance with IWAY and Code of Conduct.
• Monitor markets and trends, share insights, and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement procurement strategies, category plans, and strategic directions.
• Deliver value-added procurement solutions meeting business needs.
