United Supply Chain in Belgium is seeking a Procurement Consultant to manage end-to-end purchasing processes for various projects. You will oversee supplier performance, align procurement with operations, and maintain clean ERP data.

A permanent contract, a company car, and extralegal benefits are part of the package. The role requires 2–7 years in purchasing, fluent Dutch and English, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or master in logistics management, supply chain management, handelsingenieur or related field.
• 2–7 years of purchasing experience at least.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP).
• Driver's license B required.
• Customer focus and flexibility for project-based work.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with hands-on mentality and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• From the first order to final delivery, manage procurement with attention to price, quality, and lead time.
• Monitor orders and supplier performance, intervene when issues arise.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics and quality to align procurement with operations.
• Use ERP systems to ensure procurement data is up-to-date and reliable.
