IBA is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Manager in Belgium to define and implement Indirect Sourcing Procedures and strategies. You will lead an experienced team of indirect buyers and coordinate with internal customers across support services, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to optimize value, quality, delivery, and cost.

The role requires a strong track record in indirect procurement, process implementation, and leadership, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Indirect purchasing, including at least 5 years in team management.
• Experience in industrial sectors (Medical Devices, Automotive) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the Indirect Sourcing Procedures and strategies.
• Lead and coordinate the indirect sourcing team and ensure collaboration with internal customers.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches using analytics to assess scenarios, benefits, risks and change impact.
• Validate supplier lists and manage supplier performance improvements for quality, delivery and cost.
