Eurofins Professional Scientific Services Belgium is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the region’s PSS growth, ensuring rapid sales expansion while collaborating with the European team.

You will set annual targets with leadership, identify new opportunities in the Dutch market, and craft proposals that meet client needs. This is a full-time hybrid role with a yearly bonus and travel across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences with MBA; Finance is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in life sciences.
• GxP/GMP experience is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of product/service commercialization and client supply chain.
• Ability to influence across functions and sites; excellent networking.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Drive PSS business development in Belgium and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with PSS leadership to set annual objectives and incentives.
• Identify and win PSS opportunities within the region to grow revenue.
• Develop account plans and analyze client needs to propose services.
• Design service solutions, present proposals, and deliver results.
• Manage contracting and pricing negotiations with senior oversight.
• Provide sales and market status reports; ensure CRM compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote the Eurofins brand.
• Travel across Belgium to client sites as required.
