Eurofins Environment Testing Belgium is seeking a hands-on Business Unit Manager to lead the Asbestos Services Business Unit. You will drive performance, develop the team, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across Belgium.

You will manage a 25 FTE team, influence budgeting and P&L, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth and efficiency. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with French and English as pluses.

Qualifications

Experience in an operational leadership role.
Hands-on leader capable of managing multi-site teams.
Knowledge of KPIs, revenue, margins; P&L experience is a plus.
Dutch language is mandatory; French and English are a plus.

Responsabilités

Take full ownership of the operational and financial performance of the Business Unit.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational and support profiles.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting commercial activities.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships.
Monitor and steer KPIs, targets, and performance metrics in a structured, data-driven way.
Optimize processes, planning, and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
