Job summary

blowUP media is seeking a Junior Developer to join the Belgium Development Team. You will help develop new locations in Belgium for both digital and classic formats, manage projects, and maintain relations with municipalities and property owners.

The role requires independence, organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Fluency in Dutch, English and French is essential, and prior media experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education in a relevant field.
• Affinity with municipalities and property owners.
• Relevant work experience; media knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain an overview.
• Proactive and positive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drafting contracts and planning schedules.
• Developing new classic and digital locations in Belgium.
• Maintaining contacts and projects with stakeholders.
• Identifying new outdoor advertising locations.
• Liaising with real estate partners and municipal authorities.
• Managing permits and documentation follow-up.
• Preparing dossiers with internal and external parties.
• Assisting in location proposals and presentations.
• Analyzing location potential and market developments.
