Talent Bridge Search is assisting a distinguished Private Bank in Belgium to appoint a Director Team Head for Wealth Management, M&A and Credit. The role focuses on Belgian entrepreneurs, SME owners and family businesses, with a mandate to grow an established team and expand market relevance.

The position offers a chance to influence transformation and leverage a flexible balance sheet to deliver tailored solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders across wealth, corporate and advisory

Qualifications

• Senior banking leader with a track record in private banking and corporate banking.
• Proven capability to lead and transform established teams.
• Strong commercial drive and credibility with entrepreneurs and family businesses.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and commercially develop an established team of Private Bankers.
• Set a clear strategy for growing the entrepreneur and family-business franchise.
• Drive new AUM, revenues and client acquisition across the team.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Credit and advisory capabilities.
• Engage with significant entrepreneurs and family-business owners.
• Shape the next level of growth and market relevance for Belgian private banking.
