OpenUp in Belgium is seeking an Account Executive BNLX focused on Belgium to build our market from the ground up. You will own the medium enterprise segment, shape how OpenUp shows up locally, and close new business with a strategy that fits the Belgian market.

As part of the European sales team, you will develop pipeline, run conversations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Experience building pipeline and closing deals.
• Familiar with Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; strong English.
• Based in Belgium or willing to be based there (Belgium Remote or Amsterdam Hybrid).
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and team player.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end sales process for the Belgian market.
• Explore the market and build a robust pipeline.
• Plan and run sales conversations, negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with B2B, CS, Marketing and leadership.
• Establish OpenUp's presence in Belgium and grow partnerships.
