Toyota Motor Europe invites an engineering student for a 6-month internship in the Powertrain Battery Design Department. You will develop battery pack concepts, model components in CAD, and validate designs with stakeholders while benchmarking performance.

Ideal candidates are Mechanical or Electrical engineering students with strong English and CAD skills, able to work in a multicultural team. Applicants must be in their studies for the entire internship, have EU/EEA citizenship, and be capable

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English (business language).
• University student with at least 2 years completed in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• You must be an EU/EEA citizen or Swiss national; visa not required for Belgium.
• You must be a student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Proficient with 3D CAD software (Catia or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Design a battery pack and create first CAD model per vehicle requirements.
• Break down assembly into components, considering part and manufacturing constraints.
• Perform design validation reviews with stakeholders.
• Support for benchmarking of battery pack concepts.
