Cream Consulting is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business and IT teams in the banking sector. You will translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms, including mobile apps, AI solutions, and e-Commerce tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality deliverables, and compliance with project requirements across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector
• Knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira)
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch knowledge is required

Responsabilités

• Understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Coordinate with technical analysts, designers and developers
• Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution
• Analyse results and propose corrective actions
• Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets expectations
• Dive into technical aspects when necessary
