Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Systems or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of professional experience in functional analysis in Banking (Payments, Cards, Capital Markets).
• Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities.
• Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle.
• Strong Proficiency in English, and mastery of Dutch or French.
