Cream Consulting by Audensiel in Belgium/Luxembourg seeks a Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and to work across Internet, mobile apps, Digital/e‑Commerce, and AI projects.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, ensuring deadlines and delivering high‑quality specifications, test scenarios, and documentation. Fluency in French and English is required, with Dutch knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Functional Analysis.
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Jira, ...)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of Dutch also required
• Experience in testing and knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (HPQC, NUnit)
• Capable to think out of the box with a pragmatic approach

Responsabilités

• Translating the business requirements into detailed functional designs
• Follow-up of technical analysts and developers
• Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution working in close relationship with the Test coordinator
• Analysing potential corrective actions to be taken
• Following up of technical designers and programmers
• Being able to go into technical details
• Working closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs
