• Advising banks, funds, and corporate clients on financing transactions (acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance)
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor agreements
• Supporting structured finance and cross-border banking transactions
• Assisting with due diligence and regulatory aspects of financing deals
• Working on corporate lending, refinancing, and capital structuring matters
