Its Finance & Projects practice in Belgium works on a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions for banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers. The team has particular expertise in leveraged finance and project finance, including infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Your responsibilities
- Draft and review financing documentation, including facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements.
- Assist with leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, club deals, syndicated and unitranche transactions.
- Contribute to project finance matters involving infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice tailored to clients' matters.
- Coordinate with foreign counsel and other offices on cross-border transactions.
- Follow transactions through the closing process, including conditions precedent and post-closing follow-up.
Let's talk about you
- You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law and are qualified to practise as a lawyer in Belgium.
- You have 1-4 years of experience in Banking & Finance, ideally including leveraged or project finance.
- You are a native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of English; knowledge of the other national language is an asset.
- You are organised, proactive, pragmatic and able to manage complex matters efficiently.
- You have strong communication and legal skills, with attention to detail and a strong service orientation.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and as part of a team.
