Our Brussels office is looking for a Mid-level Associate who is passionate about Banking & Finance. NautaDutilh is one of the leading law firms for Banking & Finance. Our lawyers advise a large number of national and international clients with a focus on the financial, real estate and energy sectors. Our Banking & Finance team in Belgium is structured around two main practices: Finance and Financial Regulatory. Our Finance practice assists clients on a wide range of banking & finance transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP), structured finance and securitisations. Our Financial Regulatory practice assists financial institutions on all aspects of their regulated activities, including contacts with the regulators, application for licenses, launch of new products or services, corporate governance, compliance matters and M&A in the financial sector.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in Financing Transactions
• Belgian master's degree in law with good academic results
• Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and good command of French
• Excellent legal and analytical skills

• Able to prioritise and manage effectively multiple tasks
