Showpad is seeking a Backend Engineer to join a Sales Content Management team. You’ll build and maintain service-oriented, event-driven backends, APIs, and integrations that power Sales Enablement and Marketing Content owners.

The role emphasizes ownership of features and collaborative design in a service ecosystem. You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Ghent, contribute to reliability and security, and help shape architectures used by thousands of users globally.

Formación

• 3+ years of production-ready backend development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-throughput backend services and API integrations using Node.js, TypeScript, or Go.
• Help implement and maintain a growing ecosystem of microservices.
• Collaborate with engineers in code reviews and pair programming.
• Apply a security-first approach to features and changes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge.
• Ensure the system scales to 100,000+ users globally.
