Job summary

EasyPost in Brussels is seeking a hands-on Mid-level Software Engineer to help build and operate our secure document-delivery platform. You will develop features across TypeScript backend and AWS serverless stack, from implementation and testing through deployment and production support.

The role combines frontend, backend and cloud engineering. You’ll work with senior engineers and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions, gradually taking ownership of larger

Qualifications

Professional experience building and maintaining production software.
Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
Some practical experience with serverless or event-driven applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain TypeScript services, AWS Lambda functions and NestJS APIs.
Build and update serverless infrastructure using AWS CDK.
Turn business requirements and technical designs into working software.
Contribute to technical designs and architectural discussions with support from senior engineers.
Build event-driven workflows that handle retries, duplicates and partial failures.
